Thursday's Question-What Would you Wish For?
Do you ever sit around wishing? I wish I could have this? I wish I would have said that! I wish I could see _______ (fill in the blank)! We all do it, don't we. Now I am going to ask you the question for this week.
If you could have one wish, only one, and it was guaranteed to come true, what would you wish for? Dig deep!

DeleteThat's not easy, but I'm thinking, good health for all my family. Hope you have a Happy Thursday!
ReplyDeleteGood health is a great wish!
DeleteSafety for those I love snd nothing bad happening to them, oops I think that is 2 wishes.
ReplyDeleteBetty
Safety and nothing bad happening will be allowed as one wish!! LOL
DeletePeace on Earth.
ReplyDeletePeace is always something good to wish for!
DeleteHappiness always for my family!
ReplyDeleteHappiness is a great wish!
DeleteI would wish for GN to have her mother.....
ReplyDeleteAh yes! That would be wonderful for all of our grandchildren, wouldn't it!
DeleteTo be financially secure
ReplyDeleteOh yes!
Deleteto move back to Ohio and live near my family again.... been gone since 1974 - and I'm still homesick...
ReplyDeleteLinda in VA
Why don't you, Linda?
DeleteI could never pick just one : ) If I must I will say that my family and friends would know Jesus.
ReplyDeleteThat would be the best wish of all!!
DeleteFor my children, especially my youngest, find happiness.
ReplyDeleteI wish that for all of my children and grandchildren!
DeleteBut all our wishes can come true, so long as we put in the work...
ReplyDeleteSo true, Liz!
DeleteLong healthy life with my husband.
ReplyDeleteAmen to that!
DeleteI've been mulling this over all day! Dig deep, you said?
ReplyDeleteOK. I wish it were May 13, 1983 once more ... and I knew then what I know now.
Ha! Ha! That is a good one. I wish that too! Do you know what I was doing on May 13, 1983? Getting ready to graduate the next day from nursing school. Why is this day significant to you my friend!
DeleteFor many more wishes:)
ReplyDeleteOnly one! Ten Million Dollars, I could find many ways to bring joy into peoples lives:)
DeleteI'm not really much of a wisher, but if I could wish and know it would come true? Retirement security. My husband and I married late, and neither one of us had great jobs, so we are starting very late on saving for retirement. I don't think we'll ever be able to stop working.
ReplyDeleteI'm not much of a wisher either, Red. My husband sure was! He loved to wish and dream. I hope retirement security for you too. I have found that I can make do with what I have.
DeleteWow, tough question. I guess my wish would be that my children all have peaceful, content and rewarding lives.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great wish Wendy!
DeletePaula - I would move back to Ohio in a heartbeat, but my husband has never wanted to do so. So if I did - it would be on my own!
ReplyDeleteLinda in VA
Ah, well you know what is best for you!!
DeleteYears and years ago (when I was young) I decided that if a genie came out of a bottle and granted only one wish, I would respond, "I wish all my wishes would come true." ;-)
ReplyDeleteNow that is the BEST wish of all! LOL!!
DeleteOh, that is a hard one. There is an old expression "be careful what you wish for". And another old expression "unintended consequences". I would wish for an end of hate. But then, what would the unintended consequence be?
ReplyDeleteI wonder, as well!!
DeleteI'm reading blog posts that I missed before. It's now 2021 and I wish we could all make it safely through this pandemic.
