Dang, I've been up since 5 but totally spaced turning on the parade. That was my mom's favorite! We're just being lazy slugs ... will wait for sundown to get 'presentable' to go out to eat.
It's finally turning cooler in Phoenix, and visions of Bloody Marys have begun to dance in my head ... except I sometimes forget, vodka is NOT my friend.
LOL! Vodka is not my friend either!! But I'll drink it anyway. And Richard loved the parades too. He turned it on and listened while he helped me in the kitchen. His favorite parade though was The Rose Bowl on New Year's Day!!
I remember watching the Macy Parade while my mom would be getting the turkey ready to put into the oven. Always fun to watch; a part of Thanksgiving traditions. Your menu sounds delicious; set an extra plate for me :)
Hi there! My list was almost the same, but next year I'm going to do deviled eggs like you did! That's something I forgot and think would be really tasty next year! Have a great holiday season!
I love to hear what you might think. Leave me a comment. I guarantee though that I will delete your comment if you are just here to cause trouble. So tread lightly!
