Today the prompt was:
Who made you smile today?
This is not really a 'who' but I call her Alice. She is my new yard art. My son gave me a gift card for my birthday and I bought her to bring a smile to my face every single day. Doesn't she make you smile? I am linking up on Instagram. This is part of Tina's #30summerdays series at Carrots 'N' Cake.
She is totally adorable! (Or totes adorbs as my students would say)
ReplyDeleteLOL....that is exactly what my granddaughters say!
DeleteShe definitely made me smile...thanks for sharing her.
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure
DeleteAlice is too fabulous. My family bought me a "found metal" garden sculpture of a flying pig...her name is Penelope. She makes me smile and keeps me company when I'm watering the flowers.
ReplyDeleteWe considered Penelope for our Peacock, but I chose Alice!
DeleteAlice is pretty cute. I have a green planter shaped like a giant’s bare foot. It’s under the tree in our front yard. It not only makes me smile, but I notice people walking by will point and smile too.
ReplyDeleteThese kinds of things are important, aren't they?
DeleteAlice made me smile too. And I love the picture of you two from the previous post. And I also love that you told me I can email you. That is so sweet of you. You really are someone very special. Thank you and I will. We will find out everything about my husband's illnesses on June 10th when he sees the liver specialist again.
ReplyDeleteI will say a few prayers...and my thoughts are with you
DeleteAlice is so cute.... she would make me smile too. How are you? I'm sending you a hug.
ReplyDeleteThank you Grammy for the hug...here is one right back at you!
DeleteI like Alice! Good name for her and so colorful! Definitely a good thing to put a smile on your face!

Oh she looks like trouble with a capital T. I see her in a cabaret :-) Very pretty yard art.
ReplyDeleteLOL...I love that! Yes she does look like Trouble!
DeleteI totally LOVE her!!! Does she have a sister? Does she come in colors?? Are others looking for a home?? Where do I get one???
ReplyDeleteThis is the only color I have seen. I got mine from Dillon's Marketplace. You can try Amazon.com
Delete<3 that does look like something from Wonderland, now doesn't it! Definitely brings a whimsical smile to my face!
