Menu Plan Monday

Are you like me in believing that it is impossible for April to be half over? I am sure that I just put away all of my Christmas decorations.

 Here is my Menu Plan Monday. We are going with pretty simple this week. I just feel tired and winter has returned to Kansas. So that sucks!

    I know what you mean about keeping it simple; I do weeks like that too, especially during the A/Z challenge. The menu sounds good though, and I have to agree, how can we be in April already?
