Day 6, Monday: If you couldn't answer with your job, how would you answer the question, 'what do you do'?
What do I do? That is the question of the day. And we aren't supposed to use our job as the answer. Well I no longer work. But what I used to do for a job is what I DO! I care for someone. I have always had a bit of this in me. I need to be taking care of someone. The person that I now care for is my husband, Richard. He has end-stage Parkinson's disease. And he has reached the stage that he needs full-time, around-the-clock care. But I care for him because I CARE for him. And that is what I do!
Beautifully said!
