Today's blogging prompt is to count 10 reasons why I am awesome!
This is hard for me.
It is probably hard for most of us. But I am going to try to do it.
And I am just going to list them.
Not elaborate.
Cause that would sound like bragging to me.
So here goes:
- I am a Grandmother to 9 fantastic kiddos; two of whom live with us.
- I am the sole caregiver to my husband. (well, I do have two grandkiddos here who help a lot)
- I work at trying to keep my family together. This is the family of siblings, I mean. 3 brothers and one sister.
- I am tall. 5'10' .
- I am honest. To a fault almost.
- I care! I am a nurse, after all
- I am reliable. Always on time. If I say I will do it, then I will.
- I am loyal. I will stick by you if I believe in you. Or if you are my friend.
- I am responsible. Especially for my own actions.
- I am a child of God.
It is hard for me to believe that I am at the half-way mark with this blog challenge.
I cannot wait to see the lists of what makes others believe they are awesome.
If you want to check it out too...then let's just head over
Nurses are definitely awesome! I am thankful every day to the nurses who were with my son when he was a preemie in the NICU.
ReplyDeleteThose nurses who work in the NICU are AWESOME!
DeleteYou are awesome!
ReplyDeleteThanks! And so are you!
DeleteWow, those are great reasons to be awesome...nice meeting ya:)

DeleteNurses rock! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteJust reading your blog over the past 15 days, I feel like I know at least some part of you. And the parts that I know, you are an awesome person. You give love freely. I am very happy for this challenge, because I feel I have gained new "friends."
ReplyDeleteThank you Cristy. I feel the same!
DeleteKeeping families together is WORK. I see it with my parents siblings all the time. You are awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt is hard! Especially when some members want to cause all the trouble. :)
DeleteWow, you are tall! How awesome. I'm only 5'6" and sometimes it's a real bummer.
ReplyDeleteI used to think being that tall was a real bummer too. Especially when it came to buying jeans long enough. And I was always taller than most of the boys when I was in school. Then they started making jeans longer and I quit caring if I was taller than the boys LOL
ReplyDeleteYou truly are an awesome person, Paula. But I had already figured that out. :-)
ReplyDeleteHa Ha Thanks Kimberly!
DeleteGreat list!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
