A Peek into the Crazy life of A SIMPLE WOMAN

Outside my window...
Outside my window, there is still plenty of leftover's from the 22 inch snowfall. And the temperatures remain low due to the ground being covered.

I am thinking...
I am thinking of all that I need to do today!

I am thankful...
I remain thankful for Richard and that he is still with us. Even though there are days that murderous thoughts linger close by.

In the kitchen...
Yesterday I made meat loaf and today there will be left overs.

I am wearing...
I am wearing sweatpants and a tee shirt. I need to think about getting dressed.

I am creating...
At this very moment I am NOT creating anything. I have been researching Project Life and thinking of going through years and years of pictures of my boys and seeing what kinds of layouts I can make. And then I might order some supplies. 

I am going...
Today I am going to take Darian to the barbershop and do a bit of grocery shopping.

I am wondering...
I am wondering how more exciting can my life get!

I am reading...
I am currently reading  The Rules of Life. Free book on my Nook Color!

I am hoping...
I am hoping for a weekend filled with sunshine to start to melt all of this snow.

I am looking forward to...
I am looking forward to Monday. I know that sounds crazy. But I like it when the kids are in school. I am not one of those crazy mom types that loves having my kids home with me.

I am learning
I am learning that the ending days of one's life are much different that what I experienced as a nurse in the hospital when death came quickly or suddenly. It can be a long, drawn out affair.

Around the house...I need to dust. Each and every room. From top to bottom.

I am pondering...

Right this moment I am pondering how houses get so dusty. You can dust today and a fine layer begins to build before you can even store the Lemon Pledge and the dust cloth!

A few plans for the rest of the week: 

The kids go to school Monday through Thursday and then are off on Friday for the end of the nine weeks. And they just finished a 6 day snow vacation. Grrrrrr

All this snow......but it is starting to melt....drip, drip, drip. And then re-freezes at night. Yuck.
