
Ingredients: Juice from 1 lemon 1 lb. fresh cranberries 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. orange marmalade Directions: Combine cranberries and sugar in a shallow baking dish. Mix lightly and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. . Add marmalade and lemon juice to cooked cranberries and mix well. Chill and serve as relish.

Oh, I am thankful for cranberries a LOT. When in season I buy several bags to freeze because I'd rather make my own during the year than open a can. LOVE those things! A real seasonal blessing for sure!
