FOR TODAY December 1, 2008

Outside my is cold and blustery...the last of the leaves have fallen from the trees and are dancing across the lawn in a brisk, cold wind.

I am thinking...too bad I have to go to work today as this would be a great day to snuggle back into my bed and read a book or watch TV all day long...

I am thankful family who came and spent Thanksgiving day here and that everyone had a good time

From the kitchen...there are so many leftovers....for lunch today I think that I will have a turkey sandwich, with cream cheese and cranberry relish on rye bread....tomorrow I plan to cook the ham bone and a pot of beans.....whip up some cornbread and fry some taters Yum!

I am is Monday so I have to work ...I have on my scrubs

I am creating...a plan in my head for how I want to decorate for Christmas this year

I am work pretty soon

I am reading...Into Thin Air by Stan Washburn...just started it

I am hoping...that we don't get any accumulation of snow

I am hearing...peaceful silence

Around the house...things are clean, beds are made, and the refrigerator is full from Thanksgiving

One of my favorite things...leftover Turkey

A few plans for the rest of the week:work on Tuesday and Paige will be on on Thursday, get my hair colored and highlighted and Paige has a Christmas program at on Friday and have the whole blessed weekend off to get the Christmas decorating started

Here is picture thought I am beautiful 8 year old granddaughter Paige at the computer....
