The Ramblings of a Former Caregiver
I know I am repeating myself but I just love that you are sharing all these photos with us!!
You are most welcome Wendy. It is soothing to me to do so.
How neat to go back and find the spot over 10 years later!betty
That is where he wants his ashes scattered too, Betty. That is a future trip for us.
How sweet!!! I was married in a chapel. Not quite as scenic as your spot.
It was a beautiful place with the lake behind us....we were facing the tree when we got married
Beautiful spot, and a beautiful memory.
Yes to both, Fancy
Hi Paula - lovely photo and I'm so pleased you were able to visit your place of commitment once again .. looks as though the area is beautiful ... cheers Hilary
I'll have one more visit to make...that is where he wants his ashes scattered
Beautiful photo. Joe and I were married in a boring courthouse, LOL! I love the Rockies--I've lived in the Montana, Colorado, and New Mexico ones (crazy!)
Richard was so in love with the Rockies. When the boys were growing up we spent every other year here at this spot...his family has a cabin (without running water, no indoor toilet, nothing but a wood stove to cook and heat with) and they loved it. When I graduated from nursing school this is where he wanted to move. No way! But I will take him back there per his wishes. And that alone will give me reason to keep visiting
That's awesome! I got married in someone's backyard. I'm not sure I will get to back there. Haha
Outdoor weddings are so wonderful, aren't they
I love to hear what you might think. Leave me a comment. I guarantee though that I will delete your comment if you are just here to cause trouble. So tread lightly!
