HOPE

Several of my friend bloggers have joined up with One Word 365 and I want to as well. I have been thinking about it for awhile now and today I chose my word for 2014.

HOPE

\ˈhōp\

:to want something to happen or be true and think that it could happen or be true.

This is a great word for me to adopt for 2014. I want to hope. I want to see that there is hope in what we do and how things turn out. I want to teach my grandchildren to have hope. Hope is my wish for everyone this year. My word will be: HOPE!

  6. Thanks for dropping by my blog, Paula. I'm very excited about having the word hope be my theme for 2014. My favorite thing about hope is that it's a word that takes all the action out of my hands and places it in God's. I'm learning to let go of trying to make something happen and rest my hope in God instead. Hope is about believing instead of doing. It's a great reminder that God is the one in control. ;)
