The Ramblings of a Former Caregiver
I did enjoy my extra hour of sleep. Hope you did too.
I did as well! We only had to get up once to the bedside commode. He has a urinary catheter now so that helps us a lot.
Not a bad idea to do all those things at the same time, as a way of remembering to do it. We do the furnace filters every couple of months though so no need to tie it to the clock change. Smoke alarm...now that's a different story, must ask hubby when that was done the last time. So wish we could just leave it as DayLight Savings, hate it when it's dark by 4 pm...ugh.Traveling Suitcase
Good morning Sandy! Good to see you. I should change my furnace filters more often but if I do it with the time changes at least it gets done twice a year. I agree with you about the time changes. Wish we could stay the same time year round. But we are farm country and the farmers sure like it staying light longer.
Thanks for the smoke alarm reminder.I did the clocks, but forgot that.THANK YOU.NICE BLOG...I saw your comment about Daylight Savings Time on What If This Is as Good as It Gets' post.Going to look around and follow.Have a great day!!ElizabethSilver's ReviewsMy Blog

We have a filter reminder on our thermostat. Because we have animals, we have ours set to change every three months. Need to put batteries on the grocery list to buy.
My thermostat tells me when the filter needs changed. I just don't listen! Ha! Ha! We don't have any animals here. Only fish
I love to hear what you might think. Leave me a comment. I guarantee though that I will delete your comment if you are just here to cause trouble. So tread lightly!
